- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
- Payment once made to get the activation code through associate partners or via any other mode is not REFUNDABLE.
- The discount offers, prices, quantities or delivery time stated in any quotation by the business partners are not binding on the company. They are commercial enterprises, the offers of which The company will make reasonable efforts to publicize.
- The company will provide the partner's details comprising of its name, address, pictures, and offer posted in the app within a suitable category, however, any changes in the above-mentioned details needs to be communicated immediately.
- Deals once fixed will have a maximum validity of 24 hours, after which the deal is deemed to be canceled.
- Changes in the deals can be done anytime by the owners, in such a case the updated deal shall be effective.
- We at Jo App DO NOT provide any discounts or offers to our clients. We just provide a platform to the Street Vendors and Retailers to promote their brand value and their offers directly to the public in general, these offers are not given by us and in no way has to be associated with us.
- You can fix or book a deal only for yourself and no one else unless otherwise agreed by the store owner himself.
- Any outside communication with the retailer shall be done at your own risk and we are not liable for any discrepancies in such a scenario.
- The company reserves the right to change the interface, layout or update the new version of the app anytime without prior notice. However, in the case of our clients facing difficulties in operating the new layout, we shall provide them all the support required.
- The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the products or services nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Products.
- Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, at times in future the website might be temporarily unavailable due to modification of contents or addition features due and technical issues, in any such case, this duration will not last too long.
Terms & Conditions for Partners
- Payment once made to get associated with Jo Deals in Non-Refundable
- Jo App does not provide any discount offers from its end so all the deals have to be posted and updated from the partner’s side only.
- Partners should kindly adhere to provide extra or additional benefits to the customers who come from our side in comparison to their regular discounts applicable to the mass in general.
- All the discount or offers posted on the personal portals need to be flawlessly implemented to improve customer’s experience.
- Products or Services provided by our partners is expected to be of acceptable standards as we hold no responsibility for the quality of the Commodity or service from partner’s side.
- Verification of a Valid Jo App user needs to be done at the store by accepting the deals fixed by them.
- The offer posted by our partner is placed in a suitable category; however, it can be positioned at the lower section of the category depending on the discount provided.
- Partners should take the initiative to update any change in their physical or online address, contact ID or any mode of communication in Jo App Portal.
- Any cancellations or exchange of products or services for a deal once fixed needs to be done by the individual company’s policies with no association in regards to Jo App at any part.
